Kubbra Sait especially flew down to
her hometown, Bengaluru to cast her vote during the Lok Sabha elections. Kubbra took some time out from her busy
schedule to fly to Bengaluru for a day and came back again to Mumbai adhering
to her work commitments.
Being a responsible and civilized
citizen, Kubbra feels it’s important for everybody to cast their vote,
irrespective of their hectic work schedule.
Kubbra says, “Each of us know the
importance of a vote but surprisingly the percentage of people actually doing
so in our country is quite less. It’s our fundamental right to vote. It’s an
appeal to the citizens of our country to vote who they think is right. I think
the vote is not just for oneself or one’s family but it involves the nation as
a whole. One vote also matters.”
