The RajaSaab team celebrates Prabhas' birthday with a new poster

 

This Diwali, while most stars were soaking in the lights of the festivities, Rebel Star Prabhas and the team of The RajaSaab were busy creating fireworks of their own — shooting a grand song sequence across the picturesque coasts and postcard-perfect islands of Greece. The film’s two lavish songs, choreographed amidst azure waters and sun-drenched backdrops, have already set the tone for a visual feast. And now, just in time to celebrate Rebel Star Prabhas’ birthday, the makers have dropped the much-awaited first poster of The RajaSaab, sending fans into an absolute frenzy!

 

Helmed by Maruthi, this much-anticipated horror fantasy is shaping up to be one of 2026’s biggest cinematic spectacles. The film’s social media handle unveiled the poster with a caption that perfectly captures the vibe of celebrating birthday the rebel way. The caption read, “There’s style. There’s swagger. And there’s that Rebel Madness that lights up everything. Nothing can ever match the high and celebration you bring 🙏🏻 #TheRajaSaab First Single will be a limitless wave of celebration for every fan #Prabhas #TheRajaSaabOnJan9th #HappyBirthdayPrabhas”

 

The poster itself is pure mass euphoria — Prabhas as the Rebel Saab stands atop a car, arms stretched wide, draped in a riot of colours, sporting a floral jacket, dark shades, and that unmistakable rebel grin. Behind him, a temple decked in vibrant festoons and a jubilant crowd add to the vibrant celebration, inviting festival-sized fandom.

 

The RajaSaab is being touted as a genre-blending entertainer that fuses horror, romance, and humour in equal measure. Earlier, the trailer had already set social media abuzz, giving audiences a taste of its eccentric world with Sanjay Dutt in a mysterious role as an “exorcist, psychiatrist, and hypnotist,” alongside Boman Irani and Zarina Wahab, hinting at an irresistible mix of laughs, scares, and nostalgia.

 

Now, with just the final schedule remaining, The RajaSaab is gearing up for a grand finish. And if the early glimpses are anything to go by, Prabhas’s horror-fantasy outing promises to be an all-out phenomenon that celebrates the Rebel Star’s crowd-pulling power.

 

Directed and written by Maruthi, The RajaSaab is produced by People Media Factory and IVY Entertainment. The film features an ensemble cast including Prabhas, Malavika Mohanan, Nidhhi Agerwal, Riddhi Kumar, Sanjay Dutt, and Boman Irani, and is slated to hit theatres worldwide on 9th January 2025, releasing in Hindi, Telugu, Tamil, Kannada, and Malayalam.

Vasan Bala Made It Easy for Me to Give My Best," Yuvraj Vijan

 

 

 

Debutant actor Yuvraj Vijan, who recently made his acting debut in the highly anticipated film Jigra, has shared heartfelt praise for his director, Vasan Bala, calling him not only a "brilliant director" but also an "amazing human being." Yuvraj, who plays the role of Tony Bhatia in the film, spoke about his enriching experience working with the acclaimed director and his talented co-stars, including Bollywood superstars Alia Bhatt and Vedang Raina.

 

Reflecting on his first acting project, Yuvraj praised Vasan Bala's leadership and the supportive atmosphere he created on set. "I think it was brilliant work from Vasan Sir because he's not just an excellent director, but also an amazing human being," Yuvraj said. "He made it easy for me to give my best because he was patient. He knew it was my first project, and the environment he created on set—not just for me, but for every actor—was conducive."

 

For Yuvraj, the key to delivering an effective performance lies in the atmosphere on set, and he believes the director plays a pivotal role in shaping that environment. "As an actor, you need an environment that's conducive for you to give your best. For that, the props only go to the director, I feel. The set is conducted according to the temperament of the director, and this set was honestly so nice and so brilliant," he explained. "Everyone was so understanding, the whole direction team was so helpful, and that really, really helped me a lot."

 

The young actor also praised Vasan Bala's experience and his ability to manage challenges effectively on set. "I saw many times how Vasan Sir knew how to get around things, you know. If there was something not working, he knew how to overcome the hiccups and still get what he needed out of the scene. That's an exceptional quality that I think comes only with experience and I hope to inculcate it in my work and become a better actor"

 

In Jigra, Yuvraj Vijan plays Tony Bhatia, a character who finds himself in a perilous situation where he meets Ankur (Vedang Raina) and is eventually rescued from prison by Satya (Alia Bhatt). Yuvraj's performance, alongside Alia Bhatt’s stellar portrayal of Satya, has been widely appreciated, with critics praising the dynamic between the characters and their compelling screen presence.

The third edition of Critics' Choice Awards is full of surprises

~The awards to recognise shorts, series & films across all Indian languages on the same stage~ 

After two successful editions of Critics' Choice Awards, Film Critics Guild and Motion Content Group in collaboration Vistas Media Capital join forces again for the third edition of the highly acclaimed awards, to honour talent, artists and technicians in feature films, web series and short films across all Indian languages.

With winners such as Vijay Sethupathi, Ranveer Singh, Shefali Shah, Manoj Bajpayee, Mammootty, Nani and Samantha Prabhu, who were all recognised for their craft in the previous editions, Critics' Choice Awards is back for the third time. The upcoming edition is going to be truly exciting as it will be a personal experience for viewers this time around given that the awards ceremony will unfold virtually. This ceremony is a reminder that even in a year where all our lives have been affected due to the pandemic, Critics’ Choice Awards has made sure that hard work, talent and good content does not go unseen and unrewarded.

Shefali Shah, the lead actor in the International Emmy Award-winning show Delhi Crime, was lauded and honoured for her role in the show by the critics last year, Shefali Shah mentioned, "Last year, I won the Best Actress award for Delhi Crime, by the Critics' Choice Awards, and I felt absolutely thrilled to be chosen & to be awarded by some of our top critics."

While receiving his first Critics’ Choice Award last year, Ranveer Singh said, “I am thrilled to have received this honour. It is my first Critics' Choice Film Award and hopefully with your love, support and blessings and this kind of positive encouragement, I will be able to hone my craft and get better as an artist and keep doing some good work.”

सुरेश वाडकर की आजिवासन संगीत अकेडमी ने मनाया वसंतोत्सव

इस साल आजिवासन संगीत अकेडमी को ८८वा साल पूरे हो चुके है। यह अकादमी हर साल एक संगीतकार को प्रदर्शन कला के क्षेत्र में उसके अपार योगदान के लिए सम्मानित करती है। इस वर्ष यह पुरस्कार पद्म भूषण डॉ. एन राजम को प्रदान किया गया। वसंतोत्सव, म्यूजिक इंडस्ट्री में एक ऐसा उत्सव है जहा कई दिग्गज कलाकार अपनी महाकाव्य कलाओ से लोगों को मंत्रमुग्ध कर देते है। इस वर्ष पद्म भूषण डॉ. एन राजम, पद्म भूषण उस्ताद ज़ाकिर हुसैन, पद्म श्री पंडित एम् वेंकटेश  जैसे प्रख्यात संगीत वादकों द्वारा अपनी कला का प्रदर्शन किया गया। इस भव्य शाम में  सुखविंदर सिंह, शेखर रवजियानी, दीपक पंडित, तौफिक कुरैशी, योगेश लखानी आदि की उपस्थिति देखी गई।

Miss World 2017 Manushi Chhillar can be best described as an ethereal beauty. This gorgeous 22-year-old girl has been one of the most coveted new faces sought after by top Bollywood film-makers. It has been long rumoured that she is set to be making her big debut in Bollywood and now we can officially reveal she is getting the biggest launch for any newcomer in the recent times!

It is a dream debut in Bollywood for her as India’s biggest production house, Yash Raj Films, has signed Manushi as the heroine of their biggest historical film Prithviraj based on the life and heroism of the fearless and mighty King Prithviraj. Dwivedi says, “We auditioned a lot of young, fresh faces for the role because we were looking for a stunningly gorgeous Indian heroine. While Sanyogita was an incredibly beautiful person, she was also a strong, confident girl. We were looking to find someone who could match the magnetic persona of Sanyogita and we found that in Manushi. She auditioned for the role a couple of times because we wanted to be dead sure with this casting and she nailed it each time. She has been rehearsing six days a week since then and she is being thoroughly groomed for the last 9 months by YRF.”

YRF has always discovered supremely talented outsiders like Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma, etc who have become stars in their own right. So, all eyes on Manushi as a heroine to watch out for. YRF has also signed her on as their talent and will manage Manushi completely.

Manushi constantly works with women in over 20 villages of India to spread the message of sanitation. Today, this organization provides free sanitary pads among women and has also empowered the women of the community by making them earn a living and become self-reliant.

Manushi is a huge fan of former Miss Worlds and super achievers Priyanka Chopra and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and considers them her role models. To cast vote, Kubbra Sait flew to Bengaluru

Kubbra Sait especially flew down to her hometown, Bengaluru to cast her vote during the Lok Sabha elections.  Kubbra took some time out from her busy schedule to fly to Bengaluru for a day and came back again to Mumbai adhering to her work commitments.

Being a responsible and civilized citizen, Kubbra feels it’s important for everybody to cast their vote, irrespective of their hectic work schedule.

Kubbra says, “Each of us know the importance of a vote but surprisingly the percentage of people actually doing so in our country is quite less. It’s our fundamental right to vote. It’s an appeal to the citizens of our country to vote who they think is right. I think the vote is not just for oneself or one’s family but it involves the nation as a whole. One vote also matters.”

स्कोर ट्रेंड्स इंडिया (Score Trend India) ने हाल ही में मार्च के महिने में लोकप्रियता में रही 20 वेबसीरिज की लिस्ट निकाली हैं। इस चार्ट पर ‘मिर्जापूर’ नंबर वन स्थान पर और ‘सैक्रेड गेम्स’ दूसरे स्थान पर दिख रहें हैं। तो, मार्च के महिने में रिलीज हुई वेबश्रृखंला ‘मेड इन हेवन’ तिसरे स्थान पर हैं। गौरतलब हैं, की मार्च में रिलीज हुई ‘मेड इन हेवन’, ‘दि फायनल क़ॉल’, ‘फ्लिप’, ‘दिल्ली क्राइम’ और ‘दि शोले गर्ल’ इन वेबसीरिज में से ‘मेड इन हेवन’ लोकप्रियता में अव्वल स्थान पर दिख रही हैं।

पिछले कई दिनों से स्कोर ट्रेंड्स इंडिया चार्ट्स पर ‘सैक्रेड गेम्स’ और ‘मिर्जापुर’ इन दोनो क्राइम थ्रिलर्स ने लोकप्रियता में अपनी मजबूत पकड जमाते हुए पहला और दुसरा स्थान हासिल किया हैं। इन दोनों वेबसीरिज को अव्वल स्थान से हटाना लगता हैं, बाकी वेबसीरिज के लिए काफी चुनौती भरा हैं।

इस मार्च अमेज़ॅन प्राइम की नवीनतम वेब श्रृंखला ‘मेड इन हेवन’ ने डिजिटल न्यूज, न्यूज प्रिंट और वायरल न्यूज में अच्छी लोकप्रियता हासिल कर 67.57 अंकों के साथ तीसरा स्थान प्राप्त किया हैं। और मार्च 2019 में रिलीज हुई वेबसीरिज में वह अव्वल स्थान पर हैं। 

इसके साथ ही, जी-5 ओरिजिनल ‘द फाइनल कॉल’ में अर्जुन रामपाल, जावेद जाफरी और नीरज काबी के भी अच्छे प्रदर्शन से यह वेबश्रृखंला 42.57 अंकों के साथ छठवे स्थान पर पहुंची हैं। तो, मार्च में रिलीज हुई वेबसीरिज में वह दुसरे स्थान पर हैं।

इरोस नाउ ओरिजिनल की बिजॉय नांबियार व्दारा निर्देशित, 'फ्लिप' 25.54 अंकों के साथ वेबसीरिज की लोकप्रियता के चार्ट में 11 वें स्थान पर है। और मार्च में प्रदर्शित हुई वेबसीरिज श्रृंखला में तिसरे स्थान पर हैं।

जिसके बाद नेटफिक्स ओरिजिनल की ‘दिल्ली क्राइम’ 20.27 अंकों के साथ लोकप्रियता में 12 वीं रैंक पर है। और मार्च में रिलीज हुई वेब श्रृंखला में यह 4 थे स्थान पर हैं। 

भारत की पहली स्टंट महिला रेशमा पठान पर आधारित बायोपिक ड्रामा,  Zee 5 ओरिजिनल की ‘दि शोले गर्ल’ 10.41 अंकों के साथ 14 वें स्थान पर हैं। मार्च 2019 में रिलीज हुई वेबसीरिज में यह पांचवे स्थान पर हैं। यह आँकड़े अमेरिका की मीडिया टेक कंपनी स्कोर ट्रेंड्स इंडिया द्वारा प्रमाणित किए गयें हैं।

Saif Ali Khan not part of the Love Aaj Kal sequel

While there have been rumours of Saif Ali Khan essaying the role of Kartik Aaryan's father in the sequel of the blockbuster Love Aaj Kal , official sources reveal that there is no truth to the reports.

It's a busy year for Saif Ali Khan with the second season of the blockbuster show Sacred Games and 4 exciting films in the pipeline including the period drama Taanaji , Pawan Kriplani's horror Bhooth Police , Navdeep Singh's revenge drama Hunter and Jawaani Jaaneman directed by Nitin Kakkar, under Saif's home production banner Black Knight Films.

When contacted , clarified Saif Ali Khan, " I'd honestly want to play every role provided it's interesting enough and if the time permitted it. Though Imtiaz was very kind to offer me a part in the sequel of Love Aaj Kal ,I haven't signed the film contrary to the rumours .It's a lovely movie and I'm very excited in particular that Sara is working with Imtiaz Ali . I wish both the young stars, Sara and Kartik, the best".

महिला सशक्तिकरण के नाम, निशा जामवाल आयोजित एक शाम

निशा जामवाल और फ़िनिक्स मार्केट सिटी ने वूमन अचीवर्स की उपलब्धियों का जश्न मनाने के लिए बॉम्बे कॉफ़ी हाउस में एक ख़ास कार्यक्रम का आयोजन किया। जामवाल फ़ोरम और  #BombayWomenAchievers से जुड़ी महिलाओं ने बढ़-चढ़कर इस कार्यक्रम में हिस्सा लिया। सभी ने यहां पर उपलब्ध स्वादिष्ट व्यंजनों और टी बार का भी भरपूर लुत्फ़ उठाया।

निशा जामवाल का फ़ोरम आपसी विकास, चर्चा, बहस, मुश्किल घड़ी में एक-दूसरे की मदद करने, समस्याओं को सुलझाने के लिए सुझाव देने और दर्शनशास्त्र से जुड़ा है और इन सबके ज़रिए महिलाओं की तमाम समस्याओं का हल ढूंढने में यकीन करता है।

डिज़ाइनर पूजा त्रिवेदी और श्रद्धा वोरा द्वारा डिज़ाइन किए गए स्विश पिंक ड्रेस में बेहद ख़ूबसूरत नज़र आ रहीं निशा जामवाल ने कहा, "मैं महिलाओं के लिए महिलाओं पर यकीन करती हूं । इस अभियान का मकसद एक-दूसरे की मदद‌ करना, एक-दूसरे को आगे बढ़ाना, एक-दूसरे को प्रोत्साहित करना और महिलाओं से जुड़े तमाम तरह के कलंक मिटाना और उससे जुड़े  स्टीरियोटाइप तोड़ना है। चलिए, हम मिलकर सभी को ग़लत साबित करें। सामूहिक तौर पर काम करना, हौसला अफ़ज़ाई करना, विकास और फ़ोरम की बैठकों के ज़रिए समस्याओं का समाधान निकालना मेरा मुख्य उद्देश्य है।"
