ईशा तलवार को उनके लेटेस्ट शो, सास बहू और फ्लेमिंगो में राजस्थानी लुक के लिए काफी प्रशंसा मिल रही है। यह लुक, १९९३ में प्रदर्शित डिंपल कपाडिया की फिल्म रुदाली के लुक की याद दिलाता है.

इस लुक पर अभिनेत्री ईशा खुलासा करती हैं कि सही लुक पाने के लिए उन्हें १९९३ की क्लासिक फिल्म रुदाली ने प्रेरित किया, जिसमें डिंपल कपाड़िया मुख्य भूमिका में थीं। ईशा के लिए, डिंपल के लुक को अपनाना सम्मान की बात थी ।

यहाँ विशेष उल्लेखनीय बात यह है कि इस शो में वह दिग्गज अभिनेत्री के साथ स्क्रीन साझा कर रही है। अपने शो के बारे में ईशा कहती हैं, “इस शो की कहानी राजस्थान पर आधारित है और इसलिए मेरे चरित्र बड़ी बहू का एक विशेष तरह का पहनावा है। इस चरित्र के लिए सही लुक पाने लिए मुख्य स्रोत रुदाली में डिंपल मैम का लुक था। मैंने अपने चरित्र को स्वाभाविक बनाने के लिए फिल्म रुदाली को दोबारा देखा था ।

सीरीज़ सास बहु और फ्लेमिंगो एक क्राइम ड्रामा है जो कोकीन बनाने वाली रानी कोऑपरेटिव के इर्द-गिर्द घूमती है । रानी इस काम को हस्तशिल्प और जड़ी-बूटियाँ बनाने के दिखावे के पीछे किया करती है। सीरीज़ में राधिका मदान, अंगिरा धर, दीपक डोबरियाल, मोनिका डोगरा और नसीरुद्दीन शाह भी प्रमुख भूमिकाओं में हैं। ईशा बिजली उर्फ बड़ी बहू का किरदार निभा रही हैं। यह शो डिज़्नी+ हॉटस्टार पर स्ट्रीम कर रहा है।

In a quest to save his wife from a serious drug problem, Rudra Srivastav will cross continents and leave no stone unturned until he meets a formidable nemesis, Bikram Bahadur Shah.

 

Adding to the humour and the irreverent nature of the series is Saanand Verma as Satyanarayan Dubey who goes to Serbia to cure a health problem and bumps into Rudra. Rudra’s make-believe, fake wife Gillauri, who is also his translator in the show but she doesn’t have any great language skills either!
