‘तेरी मेरी इक्क जिंदड़ी‘ में माही की अग्निपरीक्षा

ज़ी टीवी ने हाल ही में अपना नया शो ‘तेरी मेरी इक्क जिन्दड़ी‘ शुरू किया है, जो विपरीत स्वभाव के दो लोगों माही और जोगी की एक अनोखी प्रेम कहानी है, जिनके व्यक्तित्व और जिंदगी के प्रति दोनों का नजरिया एक दूसरे-से बिल्कुल जुदा हैं, लेकिन फिर भी वो प्यार के एक ही रास्ते पर चल पड़ते हैं। इस शो में टेलीविजन एक्ट्रेस अमनदीप सिद्धू, माही का किरदार निभा रही हैं, और उनके अपोज़िट पाॅपुलर टेलीविजन एक्टर अध्विक महाजन, जोगी के रोल में नजर हैं। इस शो को दर्शकों का बहुत प्यार मिल रहा है। वर्तमान ट्रैक में माही की शादी अर्जुन (आकाश मनसुखानी) से होने जा रही है, जिसे माही के लिए उसके परिवार ने चुना है। ऐसे में दर्शक यह देखने को बेहद उत्सुक हैं कि अब जोगी और माही का क्या होगा। हालांकि उनकी कहानी का खुलासा करने से पहले मेकर्स इस शो में एक नया ट्विस्ट लाए हैं, जहां एक बेटी (माही) अपने ही परिवार के सामने खुद को निर्दोष साबित करने के लिए एक अग्निपरीक्षा का सामना करती नजर आएगी।

माही के लिए यह सफर बहुत मुश्किलों भरा होगा, जो पहले ही अनेक मुसीबतों का सामना कर रही है। इनमें सबसे बड़ी मुश्किल है, जोगी और माही का वो एमएमएस, जिसे गुलशन (मनीष वर्मा) शेयर करता है। जब माही अपने परिवार को यह बताने ही वाली होती है कि उसे फंसाया जा रहा है, तभी वो होता है जिसका उसे डर था। शादी के दौरान उसके और जोगी के वीडियो चला दिए जाते हैं, जिसे देखकर उसका पूरा परिवार हैरान रह जाता है और उसकी हरकतों पर शर्मसार होता है। जहां जोगी बुरी तरह से पीटे जाने के बाद पुलिस स्टेशन में अपनी बेगुनाही साबित करने के लिए संघर्ष कर रहा है, वहीं माही अब अपने ही परिवार के सामने सबसे बड़ी अग्निपरीक्षा का सामना करेगी, जहां खुद को निर्दोष और गुलशन को दोषी साबित करने के लिए उसके पास सिर्फ 24 घंटे का समय है। इस ट्रैक के बारे में बताते हुए अमनदीप ने कहा, ‘‘यह माही की जिंदगी का सबसे महत्वपूर्ण और सबसे गरिमामय पल है।

हमने ऐसी बेटी कहीं नहीं देखी, जिसे अपने परिवार के सामने खुद को निर्दोष साबित करना पड़े, लेकिन आने वाला ट्रैक दर्शकों में इस बात की उत्सुकता जगाएगा कि आखिर माही की जिंदगी में आगे क्या होगा। वैसे तो आमतौर पर हम शूटिंग के दौरान सेट पर बहुत मस्ती करते हैं, लेकिन यह खास सीक्वेंस जरा गंभीर था। खुद को साबित करने की माही की जिद और इच्छाशक्ति महसूस करने के लिए मुझे पूरी तरह माही के किरदार में ढलना पड़ा। उस समय सचमुच मेरी आंखों में आंसू थे। यह सीन्स मानसिक रूप से थका देने वाले थे, लेकिन इसके बावजूद मुझे इस सीक्वेंस की शूटिंग करके बहुत अच्छा लगा। मुझे लगा कि माही की लड़ाई मेरी अपनी लड़ाई है और अब मैं दर्शकों की प्रतिक्रिया देखने के लिए इंतजार नहीं कर सकती।‘‘

जहां माही ने अपने परिवार के सामने 24 घंटे की चुनौती स्वीकार की है, वहीं यह देखना दिलचस्प होगा कि क्या वो सचमुच खुद को निर्दोष साबित कर पाएगी? जहां पप्पू जी (मनोज चंडीला) लगातार माही की जिंदगी में उथल-पुथल मचाने की योजना बना रहे हैं, तो क्या इस बार भी गुलशन बच निकलेगा? सबसे जरूरी बात यह कि क्या होगा जब रूपा और बिश्नो को पता चलेगा कि जोगी के साथ जो भी हुआ है, उसकी जिम्मेदार माही है?

इस शो के आने वाले ट्रैक में माही की शादी अर्जुन (आकाश मनसुखानी) से होने जा रही है, जिसे माही के लिए उसके परिवार ने चुना है। इस ट्रैक के लिए अमनदीप ने गहरे लाल रंग का एक लहंगा पहना, जिसमें यह एक्ट्रेस बेहद खूबसूरत नजर आईं। जहां इस वेडिंग सीक्वेंस की शूटिंग करते हुए अमनदीप को एक खास एहसास हुआ, वहीं उनकी मां टेलीविजन पर अपनी बेटी को एक प्यारी दुल्हन के रूप में सजी देखकर बेहद भावुक हो गईं।

उस पल को याद करते हुए अमनदीप ने कहा, ‘‘जब इस शो में मेरी मां ने पहली बार मुझे दुल्हन के जोड़े में सजा देखा, तो हर मां की तरह उनकी आंखों में भी आंसू आ गए। जब मुझे इस बारे में पता चला, तो मैं भी काफी इमोशनल हो गई। मैं अपने इस लुक को लेकर काफी उत्साहित थी। मैंने जो लहंगा पहना था, वो एक पंजाबी वेडिंग ड्रेस है, लेकिन इसे संभालना बड़ा मुश्किल था क्योंकि इसका वजन 12 से 15 किलो था। एक पंजाबी दुल्हन का जोड़ा खूबसूरत कलीरें के बिना अधूरा होता है और मैंने भी पारंपरिक सफेद और लाल चूड़े के साथ गोल्डन कलीरें पहना था, जो मेरी फेवरेट ब्राइडल एसेसरी है। बचपन में मैं हमेशा अपनी मां या अपनी चाची का चूड़ा पहन लेती थी। अब जबकि मैं इसे पहनकर एक एपिसोड की शूटिंग कर रही थी, तो मैं इसे कई दिनों तक उतारना नहीं चाहती थी। चूड़ा, गजरा, कलीरें, ज्वेलरी

और भारी लहंगा पहनकर लगातार शूटिंग करना काफी मुश्किल था, लेकिन मुझे इस ट्रैक की शूटिंग करते हुए बहुत अच्छा लगा। आखिर क्यों ना हो? हर लड़की का सपना होता है कि वो दुल्हन की तरह सजे!‘‘

वैसे, हम भी टेलीविजन की इस नई दुल्हन से अपनी आंखें नहीं हटा पा रहे हैं, लेकिन लगता है इस शो में माही का भाग्य कुछ ठीक नहीं है। माही की जिंदगी में लगातार उथल-पुथल मचा रहे पप्पू जी (मनोज चंदीला) ने अब माही की शादी और उसकी जिंदगी बर्बाद करने के लिए एक शातिर योजना बनाई है। इन सबके बीच, प्यार में टूट चुका जोगी इंतजार कर रहा है। उसे उम्मीद है कि माही अपने प्रति उसका प्यार देख पाएगी। क्या माही को जोगी के रूप में एक साथी मिलेगा?

Zee TV actors talk about their ardent faith in Lord Shiva on the auspicious occasion of Mahashivaratri

Manish Verma who plays the character of Gulshan in Zee TV’s Teri Meri Ikk Jindri said, “I have been a big devotee of Lord Shiva or you can say I am a ‘Shivbhakt’. This festival really means a lot to me as meditating and praying brings a lot of positive energy within me. No matter where I am, I never forget to visit the temple early in the morning on such an auspicious day. Like every year, I usually keep a fast too and this year too I plan to do the same. I hope this day brings an optimistic spirit in everyone’s life and give them the power to achieve almost everything they desire.”

Reyhnaa Pandit who plays the role of Aaliya in Zee TV's Kumkum Bhagya revealed, "Mahashivaratri is a mega celebration at home. Being from Kashmir, the power of Shiva is celebrated for seven days and I am an ardent follower. As a kid, we would look forward for Shivaratri as Kashmiri delicacies were made every day, followed by sweets and we would also play games with shells. It was like our second Diwali and hence Lord Shiva has always been close to us. This year as well, I will devote some time for prayers and then some family time, apart from the Kumkum Bhagya shoot. Hope the day goes well for one and all and here's wishing everyone a Happy Mahashivaratri."

Amandeep Sidhu who plays the role of Mahi in Zee TV’s Teri Meri Ikk Jindri said, “My faith and devotion in Lord Shiva has been ever since I was a kid. While the festival is not celebrated on a very grand scale in my family, I used to like keeping a fast on the occasion of Mahashivaratri. Ever since then it has become a ritual that I follow on a yearly basis now. For me, remembering Lord Shiva is not just limited to this one day, I always begin my day praying to him and  listening to Lord Shivas shlokas and meditation music while getting ready on set. It gives me all the positive energy that I require to start my day. Here's wishing everyone a Happy Mahashivaratri.”

Adhvik Mahajan who plays the character of Jogi in Zee TV’s Teri Meri Ikk Jindri said, “I am an ardent Shivbhakt and I feel that the mantra, Om Namah Shivay has done a lot of miracles to me and it does to anyone who sincerely believes in the power of the mantra. I feel however small the problem is, be it anxiety, nervousness or anything that we may be unsure of, just chanting this mantra repeatedly can really help attain clarity and peace of mind. I believe in the positive power of Lord Shiva so much so that me and my family had decided to begin this year by visiting the Srikalahasti Temple in Andhra Pradesh and we held a pooja in that temple. On the occasion of Mahashivratri, I just hope Bholenath sab ka bhala kare and this year goes amazing for everyone considering how the last year unfolded.”

Raghav Tiwari who plays the role of Aditya in Zee TV's Hamariwali Good News mentioned, "Not many know, but I celebrate Mahashivratri every year as I am an ardent follower of Lord Shiva. I go to the temple every year and conduct a small pooja and this year as well, I plan to do the same before heading to the sets of Hamariwali Good News.The schedule is very tight these days, so I'll get time only in the morning this year. I must add that my connection with Lord Shiva is very different and whenever I need some positivity, I remember him and the festival is a big deal for me. Happy Mahashivratri to one and all, I am sure the Lord will shower his love and blessings to one and all this year."

Tannaz Irani who essays the character of Maharani Rajeshwari in Zee TV's Apna Time Bhi Aayega said, “Even though I am a Parsi, I am an ardent believer of Lord Shiva. The strength he possesses and all his sayings  about bringing an end to any evil within and around us gives me the energy to be strong every day. Every morning, whether I am at home or at shoot, I listen to Shiva’s Tandava which very frankly I happened to be introduced to by chance. Growing up in a Parsi house didn’t really expose me to such things but when I heard it for the very first time, I was moved by it and felt a sense of oneness. Even in the night, I am always chanting Om Namah Shivay and each time I feel intimidated or like the world is crashing upon me, I immediately start chanting this and it brings me so much peace. While I don’t usually celebrate Mahashivaratri, I would love to visit a friend’s house to see the celebrations unfold.”

Zee TV’s new primetime show is a love story based in Amritsar - Teri Meri Ikk Jindri that follows the lives of Mahi and Jogi, two seemingly opposite personalities whose distinctly different outlooks towards life and happiness do not come in the way of their love. Television actors Adhvik Mahajan and Amandeep Sidhu who play the leads visited the city of Delhi today in their character looks and spent a day interacting with fans and members of the media.

Ever since it premiered on the small screen, the show has opened up to immense appreciation from the audience for its endearing characters as well as authentic portrayal of the city that the show is based out of. Mahi and Jogi seem to have made a place for themselves in the viewers’ hearts if the initial response is anything to go by. Viewers are apparently eagerly waiting for a romantic angle to brew between them!

Amandeep Sidhu who plays Mahi said, “I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better character than Mahi to essay as my first lead role. I knew that I was perfectly fit for the role of this spirited Punjabi girl and was really thrilled to begin exploring her journey. I love her zeal to contribute to the family for a better life and her deep sense of passion to achieve things matches mine. This particular characteristic  of Mahi really helped me connect to her personally.” Sharing her experience of visiting Delhi Amandeep mentioned “I am born and brought up in Delhi and it feels like a homecoming each and every time I step foot in this city. This city brings back several heart-warming memories of my childhood and schooling days and the people over here are like my own. I am immensely grateful to them for all the love and blessings that they have given to me and my show. While I was in Delhi, I did make it a point to revisit all my favourite spots and devour on all the amazing street food the city has to offer. Of course, visiting my family was the highlight of my trip and I hope to come back to Delhi and spend some more time in my city with my family and close  friends.” 

Popular TV actor Adhvik Mahajan who plays Jogi shared, “Jogi as a character is very different from all the other roles that I have enacted. Of course, while there is a very colourful and peppy Punjabi side of him that I absolutely connect with, there is  also a very profound aspect to his personality that makes him different from the rest. He doesn’t dream or aspire big but manages to find utmost joy in the simplest of things which honestly, I find to be a very evolved trait in him. Viewers have really appreciated my earlier performances and characters and I am very sure that Jogi will find a place in their hearts as well.” Sharing his experience of visiting Delhi, Adhvik mentioned, “I share a very special bond with Delhi and no matter how many ever times I visit this city, the feeling and welcome is always a warm and exciting one. While Delhi has drastically changed over the years,  I love the vibe and feeling I get of being in  Old Delhi and the food is definitely to die for. While during this visit I didn’t get much a chance to visit that side of the city I, did enjoy the delicious kulchas and parathas that Delhi is famous for. I have enjoyed every bit of being a part of this city and I do hope the people of Delhi shower immense love towards my character and our show.” 

While viewers eagerly wait for Mahi and Jogi’s union, it seems like a new hurdle is set to arrive in Mahi’s life, going by the name of Arjun (Akash Mansukhani) who decide’s to ask for Mahi’s hand. Meanwhile, Jogi who has always considered Mahi to be his close friend wishes to propose to her unaware of the celebration that Mahi’s family is having on receiving Arjun’s proposal. Adding more chaos in Mahi’s life, Pappu ji (Manoj Chandila) wishes to get her married off to one of his sidekicks in an attempt to destroy her life. Will Mahi ever find her true love in Jogi?

Arpit Ranka sheds 15kgs to play the character of a dapper cop in Zee TV’s Brahmarakshas 2

Amongst the five new shows introduced by the channel last year, Zee TV launched the second season of its immensely successful weekend thriller, Brahmarakshas. Produced by Balaji Telefilms, the show narrates the gripping account of the Brahmarakshas who has returned with twice as much power and is on a mission for immortality. Having enthralled the viewers with unpredictable twists and turns in Kalindi’s life, the show is all set to take a two-year leap, bringing in a package of surprises for its viewers. While on one hand a grieving Angad (Peral V. Puri) is seen mourning the loss of his beloved Kalindi  (Nikki Sharma) who died at the hands of Angad himself, on the other hand Kalindi’s look alike, Chandni enters as the modern ‘chorni’ and is set to bring much chaos in his life. Amidst all of this, the Brahmarakshas is in search of a new body to possess, cop and inspector Yug Suryavanshi’s in particular played by Arpit Ranka.  

Actor Arpit Ranka has mostly been seen essaying grey characters on television. But, unlike all the previous roles he has performed on television, this time his character is completely different from his previous set of work. His new avatar on Brahmarakshas 2 is that of a cop who turns into a rakshas after the evil power possesses him. The actor who is all set to enter the show has lost nearly 15kgs and gotten all clean shaven to step into the shoes of the character he’s about to play. 

Arpit Ranka shared, “Grey characters give an actor a certain edge and I love performing such roles. I think my personality is more suited for negative roles and I am able to show various shades of my acting abilities by playing such characters. In the show Brahmarakshas 2 ,I am playing the character of a cop and will be seen in a clean-shaven look. During the lockdown, I had gained some weight and I have shed nearly around 15 kgs, particularly for this role. I am really excited about it as the audience will get to see me in a regular avatar and I can’t wait for their reaction.” 

Well, we surely can’t wait to see this Arpit in the role once again.

अपना अनुभव बताते हुए अध्विक महाजन ने कहा, ‘‘मैं जब से मुंबई आया, तब से श्रद्धा को जानता हूं। हम लोग 8-9 सालों से दोस्त हैं। असल में वो उन लोगों में से हैं, जो पहली बार इस शहर में मेरे दोस्त बने थे। मैं उनसे अपने एक दोस्त की शादी में मिला था, जो उनका भी दोस्त है और तब से ही हमारे बीच एक खास रिश्ता बन गया है। वो मेरे लिए परिवार की तरह बन गई हैं। वैसे मैं उन्हें इतने लंबे समय से जानता हूं, लेकिन इतने सालों में पहली बार हमने साथ मिलकर कुछ दृश्यों की शूटिंग की। सच कहूं तो उनके साथ शूटिंग करके मुझे काम जैसा लगा ही नहीं। श्रद्धा का रुख इतना सकारात्मक है कि सबकुछ आसान हो जाता है। उन्होंने इस शो के लाॅन्च पर मुझे बधाई भी दी। धीरज और श्रद्धा के साथ काम करना वाकई एक खुशनुमा अनुभव था।‘‘

जहां श्रद्धा आर्य और अध्विक महाजन लंबे समय बाद सेट पर मिले, वहीं आप भी जानिए कि क्या होता है जब जिंदगी के प्रति एक दूसरे से बिल्कुल विपरीत नजरिया और अलग-अलग सोच रखने वाले दो लोगों को एक दूसरे से प्यार जाता है।

अपना टाइम भी आएगा में रानी का रोल निभा रहीं मेघा रे ने कहा, "2020 मेरे लिए मिलाजुला साल रहा। जहां इस महामारी ने बहुत-से लोगों को प्रभावित किया, वहीं इस साल मेरा पहला शो भी आया। दूसरों के संघर्षों को देखते हुए मैंने यह जाना कि मेरे संघर्ष इतने ज्यादा नहीं हैं और मैं इससे पार हो जाऊंगी, और मैंने यह किया भी! इस साल इतनी मुश्किलों के बावजूद मुझे ‘अपना टाइम भी आएगा’ जैसे खूबसूरत शो में यह खास रोल निभाने का मौका मिला। रानी एक बिल्कुल अलग किरदार है, जो मुझमें मौजूद एक पक्के इरादों वाली मासूम बच्ची को बाहर लाती है। जहां मेरे अपने संघर्ष हैं, वहीं इस साल मेरे साथ यह बहुत अच्छी बात हुई और अब मुझे 2021 का बेसब्री से इंतजार है। मैं नए साल के कोई संकल्प तो नहीं करती, लेकिन मैं लगातार मेहनत और अपने दर्शकों का मनोरंजन करते रहना चाहती हूं। मैं उम्मीद करती हूं कि आने वाला साल हम सभी के लिए बेहतर रहे और हम अंततः कोविड-19 से मुक्त हो सकें।"

गुड्डन तुमसे ना हो पाएगा में मनी बिरला का रोल निभा रहे प्रथम कुंवर कहते हैं, "2021 से मैंने सबसे बड़ा सबक यह सीखा कि जिंदगी में खुश रहने के लिए हमें बहुत थोड़े की जरूरत होती है। हमने छोटी से छोटी चीजों में खुशियां ढूंढ़ी और अपना साल पूरा किया जबकि हम ना तो बाहर जा सकते थे ना पार्टी कर सकते थे। पूरे लॉकडाउन के बावजूद जहां कई लोगों ने नौकरियां गंवाईं, वहीं मुझे दो नए शोज़ मिले, जिनमें से एक है 'गुड्डन तुमसे ना हो पाएगा'। यह इस साल की सबसे अच्छी बात है। शूटिंग का मेरा पहला दिन 2020 की मेरी सबसे खूबसूरत यादों में से एक था। नए साल की शुरुआत के साथ ही मैं अपनी सेहत पर ज्यादा ध्यान देना चाहूंगा और वो सिक्स पैक एब्स बनाना चाहूंगा, जिसकी हसरत मुझे हमेशा से रही है। उम्मीद है यह सभी के लिए एक सुरक्षित, बेहतर और समृद्ध साल साबित होगा।"

तेरी मेरी एक जिंदड़ी में जोगिंदर का रोल निभा रहे अधविक महाजन कहते हैं, "जहां ये साल बहुत-से लोगों के लिए मुश्किल भरा रहा, वहीं मेरे लिए यह काफी फलदायक साल रहा। इस दौरान मुझे अपनी पहली शॉर्ट फिल्म मिली और इसे दर्शकों, दोस्तों और परिवार की तरफ से भी बढ़िया रिस्पॉन्स मिला। मुझे अपनी सेहत और फिटनेस पर ध्यान देने के लिए कुछ वक्त भी मिला, जो मैं पिछले कुछ समय से करना चाहता था। इसके अलावा मुझे 'तेरी मेरी एक जिंदड़ी' में भी रोल मिला। मैं उम्मीद करता हूं कि 2021 में दर्शक इस शो को अपना प्यार और आशीर्वाद देंगे। मैं तिरुपति बालाजी में इस साल का समापन करूंगा और ईश्वर के आशीर्वाद से 2021 की नई शुरुआत करूंगा। मैं दुआ करता हूं कि नया साल हर उस इंसान की जिंदगी में ढेर सारे अवसर और खुशियां लेकर आए, जिन्होंने मुश्किल घड़ी का सामना किया है।"

'गुड्डन तुमसे ना हो पाएगा' में गुड्डन का रोल निभा रहीं कनिका मान ने कहा, "मैं हमेशा ही बहुत-सी आशाओं और फ्रेश माइंड से नए साल की शुरुआत करती आई हूं। अपनी रूटीन लाइफ से थोड़ा अलग जाकर नया साल मनाने से बेहतर और कुछ नहीं होता, और इस बार मैं 2 दिनों के लिए अपनी एक्सटेंडेड फैमिली से मिलने अपने शहर पानीपत जा रही हूं। वैसे, मेरी मां और मेरा भाई मेरे साथ मुंबई में ही रहते हैं, लेकिन मुझे लॉकडाउन के बाद से अपने डैड से मिलने का मौका नहीं मिला और ना ही मैं अपने कज़िंस और बाकी के रिश्तेदारों से मिल पाई थी। उनके साथ मनाया गया हर त्यौहार, हर अवसर आज भी यादगार है। ऐसे में अपने परिवार के बीच रहकर अपनी जिंदगी का नया अध्याय शुरू करने का ख्याल मुझे बहुत उत्साहित करता है। मैं इस ट्रिप के लिए बहुत उत्साहित हूं और मैं एक बार फिर उन्हीं खुशियों और मस्ती का इंतजार कर रही हूं, जो मैंने लॉकडाउन के दौरान की थी।"

'ब्रह्मराक्षस 2' में टाइटल रोल निभा रहे चेतन हंसराज ने कहा, "वैसे 2020 बहुत-से लोगों के लिए मुश्किल भरा साल रहा, लेकिन इसने मुझे सिखाया है कि किसी भी बात की शिकायत ना करें और हमारे पास जो भी है, उसके आभारी रहें। मेरा दिल हमेशा मुझसे कहता था कि आखिर यही संघर्ष तो असल में एक इंसान को बनाते हैं। मैंने अपने अंदर की नकारात्मक भावनाएं दूर रखीं और अपना समय कुछ चीजों को सीखने में लगाया। मैंने कंप्यूटर की तीन-चार भाषाएं सीखीं जैसे सी++, जावास्क्रिप्ट, पाइथन आदि, और मैंने इस दौरान डाटा साइंस में एक कोर्स भी किया। जब मैं आर्थिक रूप से मुश्किल में था और सितंबर तक मेरे पास कोई काम नहीं था, तब भी मैंने पॉजिटिव रहना सीखा। मैं मानता हूं कि यह मेरी पॉजिटिविटी ही थी, जिसकी वजह से मुझे ब्रह्मराक्षस 2 में इतना अच्छा रोल मिला। इस दौरान मैंने जो एक बात सीखी, वो यह कि अपने जज्बातों और विचारों पर नियंत्रण रखने की शक्ति खुद में ही होती है। इसी के साथ अब मुझे साल 2021 का इंतजार है।"

ज़ी टीवी के कुमकुम भाग्य में प्राची का रोल निभा रहीं मुग्धा चापेकर ने कहा, "मेरे लिए न्यू ईयर का मतलब है परिवार के साथ वक्त बिताना, अच्छा खाना खाना और कुछ बढ़िया फिल्में देखना! ये साल सभी के लिए बड़ा मुश्किल रहा और मैं उम्मीद करती हूं कि नया साल सभी की जिंदगी में खुशियां और स्वास्थ्य लेकर आएगा। मेरी ओर से सभी को हैप्पी न्यू ईयर!"

ज़ी टीवी के 'कुमकुम भाग्य' में रिया का रोल निभा रहीं पूजा बनर्जी कहती हैं, "मेरी नए साल से जुड़ीं कुछ खूबसूरत यादें हैं। मैं हर साल न्यू ईयर ईव पर चर्च जाती हूं। कैरोल गाने की परंपरा के लिए मैं चर्च की गायक मंडली का हिस्सा थी और इसमें मुझे बहुत मजा आता था। न्यू ईयर मेरे दिल के बहुत करीब रहा है। अपने ‘कुमकुम भाग्य’ के को-स्टार्स के साथ नया साल सेलिब्रेट करने के अलावा मैंने नए साल की उमंग बरकरार रखने के लिए अपने घर को सजाने का भी प्लान बनाया है। इस साल मेरा ट्रैवल का कोई प्लान नहीं है, लेकिन मैंने अपने करीबी दोस्तों के लिए डिनर पार्टी होस्ट करने का प्लान जरूर बनाया है। मैं उम्मीद करती हूं कि नया साल सभी की जिंदगी में खुशियां और रोशनी लेकर आएगा। मेरी ओर से सभी को हैप्पी न्यू ईयर!”
