“I was honoured to be part of the Australian Open Chef Series in 2020. My time in India over the last six years influenced my cooking style and this was a unique opportunity to bring the two countries together with my Indian-Australian cuisine. My preparation for the menu was exciting and involved elements of Australia and India. I am so happy this was captured in the 5-part series “The Perfect Serve”. I hope you enjoy watching.”
