The Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation (IRCTC) has become the first government organization in the world to release a fully AI-powered anthem, blending human creativity with Artificial Intelligence.
The anthem, developed using Coqui TTS and Magenta AI models, written by Poonam Gupta, and creatively directed by the IRCTC team, marks a historic collaboration between technology and artistry within a government enterprise.
The initiative has received high praise from CMD Sanjay Kumar Jain and Director (Marketing & Tourism) Rahul Himalian, who lauded the project for redefining storytelling through innovation. The concept has now evolved into a scalable business model, leading to new ventures in corporate anthems, narrations, and AI-powered visual content.
This milestone not only showcases India’s leadership in human-AI collaboration, but also sets an inspiring precedent for how public sector enterprises can adopt emerging technologies to express creativity and efficiency.
